Agent of Robert DeFalco Realty
Eric Israel Tzul
What inspired me to become a Real Estate agent is the current job market. It’s hard for new graduates to find a job and I wanted to choose a field that offers strong opportunities for growth. Real Estate allows me to build my own career while developing skills in communication, marketing and client relationships. Overall I want to secure a successful and rewarding career after graduation. I look forward to working alongside experienced Real Estate agents who can mentor me and guide me as I start my journey in this field. I’m also excited to be in a work environment that allows me to be independent while working with my fellow peers. Most importantly I look forward to helping families find their dream homes and making a positive impact on their lives. What sets me apart from other Real Estate agents is that I bring a strong technical background and fresh perspective to the field. As an engineer I’m very tech savvy and more comfortable using platforms to market properties and connect with clients. Because I study Electrical and Computer Engineering one of my big strengths is my analytical and problem solving skills which allows me to evaluate properties on a deeper level and make data driven decisions for my clients. I will approach helping clients buy or sell a home by first understanding their needs, goals and budget. When it comes to clients trust and communications is my top priority so I make sure to keep them informed throughout every step of the process. I’ll use my technical and analytical skills to research market trends, compare property values and negotiate effectively on their behalf. Where they are buying or selling my goal is to make the process smooth, transparent and stress free. Some of my personal achievements include serving as the Vice President of the IEEE club at my college and leading a team that won 2nd place in the Micromouse robotics competition. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, communication and organizational skills. As Vice President I’ve learned how to coordinate events, manage responsibilities and work closely with a team to reach the same goals. I believe these skills will help me in real estate by allowing me to effectively communicate with clients, stay organized under pressure and guide people through important decisions with confidence and professionalism.
