Agent of Robert DeFalco Realty
Elaine Messi
What first inspired me to get into real estate was my passion for people and community. I’ve always loved connecting with others, building relationships, and helping them achieve meaningful goals. Real estate felt like a natural extension of that—guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while being a trusted partner along the way.
What I enjoy most about working in real estate is seeing the joy and relief on my clients’ faces when they find the right home or successfully close a sale. Every transaction is different, and I love the excitement, energy, and problem-solving that come with it.
What sets me apart as an agent is my strong work ethic, upbeat personality, and ability to balance professionalism with genuine care. In my first year, I closed 23 transactions, earned Rookie of the Year and Diamond Elite awards, and even sold a $2.8 million commercial property—proving that I’m driven, dedicated, and resourceful. But beyond the numbers, my clients often tell me they appreciate my honesty, patience, and the way I make them feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
When helping clients buy or sell a home, I approach every situation with empathy, strategy, and persistence. I listen carefully to their needs, keep them informed at every step, and work tirelessly to achieve the best outcome. My goal is always to make what can be a stressful process feel as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Outside of real estate, I’m deeply involved in my Staten Island community through volunteering, fundraising, and mentoring. I also run a children’s entertainment business, bringing joy to families with balloons and bubbles, and I love organizing events that bring people together. My hobbies include creative projects, community outreach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
