Price It Right Don’t make the mistake of pricing too high because you expect buyers will try to “talk you down”, or that you’ll lower if it doesn’t sell. An unrealistic price will keep buyers from even offering. Get help from your professional agent to set an appropriate price.

Almost everyone has been touched by breast cancer in some way, so we've decided to make a difference by walking and raising money in our local American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. Robert DeFalco Realty is proud to be a Flagship Sponsor of Making Strides Staten Island.

On Sunday, October 16 we walk.

Why do we walk? So that no one walks alone.

We walk because we all share a destination, to end the pain and suffering caused by breast cancer.
