Long before Olga Baum became a trusted advisor to luxury buyers and investors across New York, Southeast Florida, and Moscow, she learned how to read a room, command a stage, and recognize beauty where others overlooked it. Growing up in Moscow, she trained in choreography from the age of eight, performing on some of the city’s most iconic stages—including the Bolshoi Theatre and the Kremlin. At just 24, Olga’s career took an unexpected turn. She came to the United States to help organize the Russian Ballet Tour of The Nutcracker with American impresario Akiva Talmi. In the middle of the Russian constitutional crisis—with tanks in the streets—she secured 38 visas for the touring company in the U.S. Consulate. It was a defining moment. She realized that she had an extraordinary ability to navigate complexity, bring people together, and make the impossible happen. 

Those same strengths would soon guide her into real estate. 

Olga’s career has been shaped by movement—between countries, cultures, and markets. She has represented clients from Russia to Scotland, Israel to Asia, the Middle East to the United States. They come to her for discretion, global fluency, and comfort with complexity that feels effortless.
