Neil is a graduate of Queens College and holds a BA in political science and communications.
He has been with Robert DeFalco Realty since its inception and is an integral part of the company's success and continued expansion and growth.
He has served as Secretary for the Staten Island Board of Realtors and was also elected Chairperson for the Multiple Listing Service Board of Governors 2003 and 2004.Neil was also SIBOR "REALTOR of the Year 2004."
Neil abides by all the rules of the industry's governing boards and insists that all his agents do the same. The "Golden Rule" is his motto, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you".

Tracey has over 20 years of real estate experience in both New York and New Jersey, and handles all the agent tracking, monthly statistics, commission disbursements, and inhouse processing. An overachiever she handles all the details. Tracey is well versed in all the inner workings of the corporate real estate environment and offers agent support in any and all areas. Vincent has been the Director of SI MORTGAGE GROUP since 2005. Under his leadership we have expanded to New Jersey and an FHA Approved lender.

TOM ADINOLFI

Tom has over 15 years of managerial skills under his belt and has trained many of DeFalco's newer agents. Tom holds a degree in Business Management and has successfully marketed and sold properties from condos to multi-million dollar estates in New Jersey. An integral part of the company's growth in New Jersey, Tom provides an above average level of professionalism and training to DeFalco Realty.
